Mahalo Nui Loa, BCRF!

Aloah! I'm a typical American male, over fifty years of age, and I have a crucial message for all men. We guys don't get breast cancer, right? Wrong!
I heard a radio commercial stating over 40,000 women and men die from breast cancer annually. I got to thinking, "they tell women to do a simple self exam." So I did that exam and within sixty seconds I found a lump.

My doctor ordered a mammogram, an ultrasound, and if necessary, a biopsy.

Well, it took three weeks to get the necessary appointments and lab work, but thank goodness, my test was negative. Just benign breast tissue. I was lucky...

So guys, do a self exam...it could save your life!
