BCRF has proudly partnered with koi since 2013. Throughout the year, koi harnesses the power of its brand, customers, communities, and employees to support the brightest minds in science. Last year, koi enabled 466 hours of lifesaving research. In 2022, koi has committed to donating $1-2 per scrub top sold with a minimum donation of $15,000 regardless of sales. With $175,000 total funded to date, koi brings BCRF’s impact to life by spreading the message of our mission, supporting the breast cancer community, and committing critical funds that help save lives and improve outcomes.
In 2006, in a small cramped L.A. apartment, Kathy Peterson started koi with a simple mission: Make scrubs people love to wear. Today, koi is proud to be one of the only independently owned, woman-run companies in the industry. koi has been a part of the BCRF Partner Family since 2013 with the koi Cares Courage Collection of designer items for nurses and other medical professionals. $2 from each scrub top benefits breast cancer research.
