The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is thrilled to announce that TEAM BCRF will be entering the ING New York City Marathon on November 3, 2013. We are grateful to the New York Road Runner's Inc. for recognizing BCRF and increasing our participation in this year's Marathon.
BCRF is accepting applications now to fill our spots. If you would like to run with TEAM BCRF, download our application and join us!
Deadline to apply is June 14, 2013.
The selected finalists will be notified by June 25th, 2013, and their names will be posted on our website. Each TEAM BCRF member is required to raise a minimum of $3,000.
Every dollar raised by TEAM BCRF will help support lifesaving research for the prevention and cure of breast cancer in our lifetime!
Release and Waiver:
If selected to run for TEAM BCRF, I will participate in the ING NYC Marathon with TEAM BCRF and 100% of the proceeds I raise will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF). BCRF has the right to publicly announce my participation in the ING NYC Marathon as a member of TEAM BCRF. I have been notified that BCRF is not liable for any injuries suffered in connection with my participation in this race or training and I hereby waive any rights I, my heirs, or any other person or entity may have for any claims or damages against BCRF. I will raise a minimum of $3,000 for BCRF regardless of whether I participate in the ING NYC Marathon and I agree to abide by all rules of the New York Road Runners (www.nyrr.org) relating to my participation in the ING NYC Marathon or on TEAM BCRF.
